Job Title: Construction Supervisor – Full On-Site | Boston
Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience)
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our active construction sites in Boston. This is a full on-site role, requiring a strong presence on-site to manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety standards, monitor quality, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction supervision, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of site coordination, materials management, and construction best practices. Responsibilities include supervising site activities, interpreting blueprints, coordinating with project managers and vendors, conducting regular safety checks, and resolving on-site issues in real-time. Familiarity with tools like Procore, Buildertrend, or similar construction management software is a plus.
